Simply call to arrange a visit at our office for a private and secured purchase of all in-stock products. Once full payment is made, you wil received your purchases on the same day itself.

Product pricing will be at the prevalent rates according to your membership type as stipulated on our website.

What Do I Need To Bring?

For all over the counter sales, government issued identification as well as full payment will be required.

Will I Be Able To Receive An Official Invoice?

All over the counter sales will be issued with a IRAS compliant IPM invoice once full payment has been received, made in your name and identification document number.

How Do I Arrange For a Collection of My Purchases?

Our friendly Customer Care officers will contact you promptly once full payment has been received and your purchases are ready for collection to book an appointment. Once the appointment is booked, you simply need to visit us at the appointed date and time to collect your purchases.

Purchase collection timing are as follows:

Mondays – Fridays, 10.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays, 10.00am to 1.30pm
Sundays and Public Holidays, Not Available

What Do I need to Bring?

Can I reschedule My Collection Appointment After I Have Booked?

At 1SILVER1, we understand that life may present obstacles to your schedule when you least expected it. That is why all cancellation which are made 1 day prior to the appointment will be accomodated, and subsequent rescheduling will retain its chronological priority.

To ensure fairness to all other customers, appointments that are cancelled on the same day itself will lose its chronological priority and will be rescheduled at the next earliest timeslot available.

How Do I Arrange for a Delivery of My Purchase?

Our friendly Customer Care officers will contact you promptly once full payment has been received and your purchases are ready for delivery to book an appointment. Once the appointment is booked, you simply need to receive us at the appointed date and time to take delivery of your purchases.

Your silver and gold holdings are stored in our central safe located in Singapore.

How Am I Charged for Storage?

You are charged on a monthly basis based on the weight of your silver and gold holdings. 1 ounce of Gold is calculated the equivalent of 50 ounces of silver in determining the storage charges.

When Do I Need To Make Payment?

Payment is required to be made within 3 business days of billing, which occurs on the first business day of every month.

Are My Silver and Gold Insured?

Your silver and gold holdings are 100% guaranteed against theft, loss and damage and will be replaced in the highly improbable event that should the aforementioned incidents happen.

How Long Does It Take to Withdraw My Silver and Gold?

Your gold and silver holdigns can be withdrawn and collected at our office within 3 business days of receiving your withdrawal request.

How Should I Handle My Silver and Gold Bullion?

You should never handle your silver and gold bullion products with your bare hands. Instead, you should always wear gloves made of cotton or other similar unabrasive material.

How Should I Store My Silver and Gold Bullion?

You should store your silver and gold bullion products in a dark and dry area to minimise the occurance of tarnishing.

To achieve results near to zero tarnishing, store your silver and gold bullion products in a air tight box together with dehumidifying agents.

However, do not store your silver and gold bullion products in PVC containers as they will release acidic vapor which will result in pitting of your property.

Can I Polish My Silver and Gold Bullion Myself?

You shouldn’t attempt to polish your silver and gold bullion products as it will result in the scratching of the surface when such an action is not done by a proffessional.

Yes, there will be a penalty due to the breach of contract. The penalty as stated on the contract will be 1 times of the monthly purchase quantity of silver bullion products.

Can I Collect My Silver Savings Plan Holdings Before the 12 Months Term?
